Skill/Stat Calculator

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if there is a calculator out there that shows how your abilities scale with the stats you have, and the mastery path you've selected?



For example, as a Warrior Priest, I now have 2 HOT's. I want to know how Willpower affects how much a HOT heals for, and how much of an impact speccing in Salvation will gain me?



And if no one knows of one, does anyone know where the information exists so that one can be built, or can build one themselves?

While it's a heck of a tool for determining spec, it doesn't show how the spec influences the value of the spells - It only shows what the spell or ability will do based on the level needed for that many spec points.
