Being the bane- i do not mean the hybrids and all that, i mean actually be the bane. Think of all the possibilities if you could be the bane. Think about all the pvp fun you could have with the bane. with all the possibilites you wonder why they havnt put it in the game. It would be too long for me to write all about this so ill just keep it at this.

More use for pistals- honustly i see no point in having a pistal in this game. 10 shots of the lowest dmg of all the other weapons seems pointless to me. here is what you could do. make it to where you always have your pistal equip. when your gun jams you pull out your pistal automatically so you dont have to switch to another weapon. unlimited ammo would make it have more of a purpose. run out of ammo? use the pistal till you can buy some more. dualwielding would also be cool.

more hand to hand combat moves- the same movement over and over gets boring. add some more. cant put it more simpler than that.

this is all i can think of now. i will post more later.

The reason the bane are not playable is this game was meant to be PVE, PVP was added late because of a lack of content. PVP needs to be planned from the start and implemented then to be good. Adding it late makes it a lesser system and in TR kind of sucks. The Bane would need a huge overhaul to be good for players to use. Anyone who has played a spy can tell you the bane you morph into are very limited and basicly suck.

 

Pistols are getting a new version soon in the 2nd or 3rd generation weapons updates, Pistols actually at close range do good damage, at pump 5 they are a poor mans machine gun for the specialist tier since they do not have chaingun available to them. Pistols need ammo, unlimited ammo for pistols means nothing should need ammo then. Dual wield is not something you would do if accuracy is important. TR has tried to keep some realism in the game and your suggestions would all be the opposite of what TR has tried to do.

 

Hand to hand moves take a lot of time to code. The animations all need to be worked on then and considering what else this game needs now is not the time to waste on that.
