Dear fellow pirates,
How's everything going? Made some new achievements? Well, good to hear that. ^^
As usual, we would like to answer some of your frequently asked questions here:
Q1: We want to switch to another server, can IGG help us to transfer our items and equipment??
A: We have good news for all of you! We are working on transferring characters to other servers now, and if everything goes as planned, we will be launching it around September. This new system will allow a whole character transfer, not only items and equipment. ^^ For more details about this new system please pay attention to our further notice.
Q2: There are many inactive guilds...When will IGG delete these inactive guilds? We need more guild slots!
A: During the scheduled maintenance next week we will continue to delete inactive guilds which have 7 or less than 7 members.
Q3: Why is the Help system gone? It will help many new incoming players get to know about the game.
A: Actually the Help System still exists. Plays need to bring it up in the Game Setting:
