Origins will have "rest xp"?

 I left DAoC ages ago (no pun intended) but talk of the Origins server has my interest.  I read a dev chat which said something about "rest xp".  Can anyone tell what that is?  

Shortly before I left, Mythic had implemented a change which essentially allowed you to skip over every other level (if my memory serves).  Is this what they mean by "rest xp"?

No, rest xp is just like any other game's rest XP, and is seperate from the free levels. Its already on the other servers now.

 Thanks for the quick reply.  Your comment made me chuckle though.  I've played 5 or 6 major p2p mmorpgs and none of them had anything called "rest xp".  So I'm still in the dark :-)

Ok, I discovered that WoW has rest xp and I read an article about it.  Sounds like a good system.  I wish they had that in DAoC from the start.  The grind from 30 to 50 used to be insane.
