The 22nd Receptive Combat Unit is a brand new roleplaying clan on the Cassiopeia server. One of our goals is to help revitalize the roleplaying community that was so strong on that server in the months following the release of the game. We'd like to be a haven for the roleplayer who also enjoys experiencing everything a game like Tabula Rasa has to offer.
The 22nd seeks to find happy medium between heavily-structured military roleplay and the light-hearted, adventurous world of fictional soldiering. A cross between the multi-disciplinary fighting force of G.I. Joe and the bloody-mindedness of the Colonial Marine characters from Aliens, the 22nd offers the player a chance to become immersed in a larger-than-life persona - the brash, heroic soldier; more blood-and-guts than spit-and-polish.
If you’re looking to fulfill your Heinlein or Cameron-inspired dreams of science fiction soldiery – but don’t want to have to enlist in the IC equivalent of the military to do it – the 22nd RCU is the clan for you.
