Reclamation: New Interview @ Starglade

StarGlade.org - a new site dedicated to the development process of MMORPG's has just posted an interview with Lyra-Stone - the PR Lead at Lyra Studios.  Here is a snippet from the interview:

Lyra Studios has successfully developed and run Underlight, one of the genres older games. What experience has this given you and how will you demonstrate the lessons you have learnt from Underlight in Reclamation?

I'm glad you mentioned that, because Underlight was one of the first, coming out in 1998. At that time there was not much to go on for developing this type of game, so naturally we've learned a lot along the way. One of the most important lessons we've taken is on customer service, something I think that gets left out when talking about this type of game. We have come a long way in developing our customer service and feel we deliver one of the best experiences out there. Naturally there's a lot of gameplay lessons learned. PvP, permanent death, guild interactions, our unique player to player questing system, the personality point system1. All of these things were incorporated in Underlight, and I think it's our goal to improve upon each and enhance the role-playing experience.
