BEST non PvP RP server?

Thinking about trying World of Warcraft- it sounds light and easy and wouldn't require too much time or huge computer upgrade.
That being said, I'm a hardcore roleplayer and noticed there are multiple RP servers. Which regular RP server is the best? By best, I mean most mature community, most RP events, most random RP?
Recommendations would be appreciated, as would be the names of a few heavy RP guilds. Thanks in advance.
