Here is a nice class poll from Warhammer Alliance.  Nice to see, as of right now, everything is balancing quite nicely.

How is that balanced nicely? Some careers are nearly 3 times as popular as others in that poll. In addition, that poll is in no way indicative of career distribution post-release. The casuals have different tastes than the minor group of hardcore players frequenting the forums. Though of course it's still fun to see what those of us following the game during development like.

I think it goes without saying that a survey is never 100% indicitive of what will actually occur.  Nobody ever said that out of 1600 something people, 6% are always going to be warrior priests; it is meant to give a general idea of how a segment of people, i.e. those who post on that forum, feel about what class they think that they will play.  Take it for what it is, a survey, everyone is aware of the flaws; have some fun in life for christ's sake.

Actually you'd be surprised at how frequently people will cry out due to polls such as that one in the belief it'll be extremely close to reality.

Yeah I'll agree with that, but I would expect that most of the people reading these threads are a little more educated than that; most likely an error on my part.  I work with that kind of data daily, so I'm skeptical from the start on survey data like that.

I'd just like to get my beta keys already, I hate EA games.com; terrible customer service.
