Im not sure about ATI specifics but that rig will run it very well and on Ultra High Textures it is phenomenal. You are making me jealous. Have Fun!

I was able to run lotro with a P4 2.4; Geforce FX5600; 1.5 gb RAM.

You shouldn't have any problems.
