Pay $89 dollars to give advice and have it ignored? I don't think so. I never understood how SOE gets away with charging people to attend a self promotion event of their product and services.

The Fan faire should not cost anything to register or attend outside of personal expenses for food, lodging, and travel. SOE probably writes off any costs associated with sponsoring fan faires as an advertising expense anyways.
