Anyone out there playing on an older Computer

A few friends and I are planning on ditching WoW and playing AoC.  I have a new XPS so I don't think I'm going to have any problems.

One of my friends has a dual core yady ya and he'll be cool.

One of my friends is on an older model dell.   He's got a new video card so I think this will help out.

Is it possible to run at low-medium graphics and still enjoy this game?  Basically I'm asking if FunCom put in a lot of video options for performance?  Are the graphics still pretty good on lower settings?

    Good call

It's a dell dimension 4600 series with a newer graphics card (not sure exactly ATI radeon.

I think it's 2.8 ghz single processor  1gb ram.  Plays WoW on full settings....capable of playing AoC at all?

try and find out the graphics card...his processor is a little shy of the min requirement. but it can be easily overcloked...to 3ghz also...i would advise him to get an extra gig of ram

he should be able to play at low system specs

Send this website to your friend. www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest

It will give him/her an idea of how well the PC can run AoC and a bunch of other games as well. It will create a report that will compare your friends system with minimum and recommended requirements of the game and a break down of what should be upgraded if upgrades are needed. Hope this helps.
