Bayer guards:

Players can procure Contribution Points by killing the NPC guardians of Bayer towns, districts and center.  On the other hand, when sustaining any loss of NPC guardians, the occupants will suffer the loss of 100 Activity Points, so they shall make the best efforts to ensure the safety of the guardians.



Bayer Rules:



1. The occupants of the Bayer District cannot attack Bayer Towns. The occupants of the Bayer Center cannot attack Bayer Districts.



2. When a guild successfully occupies a Bayer District, it will lose its control over the towns that it has ruled before. So is Bayer Center.



3. When not being occupied by any guild, towns are to a large extent weakened in its defense of NPC guards, who have been massively crippled in stats.



4. When resting in Towns, Districts and the Center, players receive the experience that is respectively 200%, 300% and 400% of what you can get when learning from the npc in state capitals.



5. Bayer Emissary offers one new option, by choosing which the guilds are able to relinquish their controls over their occupied Towns or Districts. By doing so, they can evade the fate of suffering the Activity Points loss due to the fall of their occupied towns or Districts. (This function cannot be performed in the wake of the start of the Bayer Guild War).



6. Guild members can get 60x magic points instead of 50x as daily reward for occupying Bayer Towns.



7. You don't have to own a town if you want to invade districts.
