The game looks good and is fun the first two or three weeks to the average to moderately hardcore player. The reviewers probably simply didn't get to the point where the incredible dullness and repetitiveness starts and some of the design issues become appearant.
Professional or even semi-professional reviewers just don't have the time to properly test a MMORPG. Same with Tabula Rasa, it got good reviews as well, but the customers voted with their wallet.

I'd love to try this game out, but haven't found a free trial version yet. Very disappointing.
