Actually I did find some news about this. It's not just the Epic Collection. There was an ad in the latest MMOZINE (#4) for it. It said you could pre-order it from the NCStore but I couldn't find it. It advertised the following:
45 days gametime
Kamael Ranger Figurine
Art of Lineage II book
Official Soundtrack
Vintage map
Two full color posters
and Exclusive in-game items
Like I said, I couldn't find anything on the PlayNC site, but Gamestop is taking pre-orders for a "Lineage II 4th Anniversary Edition" for $39.95. Supposedly shipping on 4/23/08
