I found a football MMO beta that looks pretty cool. You don't get to actually twitch but everything else there is to do with a career in football is there. You can manage individual players or entire teams depending on how much time and effort you want to put into each and already there is a pretty fair amount of people playing.
It's not going to take anyone away from anything else they are playing of course, but if you like football, fantasy football, or anything to do with football, it's a pretty nice real time simulation.

Well tbh Football live from SI is comming this year so I would guess alot of would be managers will be waiting for this title.
If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"
