Trolling and ganking those who takes the game way to serious instead of just enjoying it
As for the grind and the community, well.. depends on how you play it. It can be full of adventures, excitment and fun, or it can be a race to get to the endgame, where you get to run the same instances over and over again, till you're geared for the slightly harder instance, which you then get to run over and over again, till you get the gear from that one. And that's how the PVE endgame works pretty much.
The other option is to PVP, which can be somewhat fun if you're into competitive play, since the arena has become blizzards main focus, after they've learned that the PVE community will be happy with a couple of new dungeons with new loot in them each patch.
The community varies alot, with 8 million players you are bound to run into some who have no idea on how to behave, but you'll also meet people who will go out of their way to help you achieve your goal. Your best bet is to find a friendly guild, and hang out with them. Be warned, this can take some time, and you might have to try a couple of guilds before finding one that fits you.
Comments
the storyline
the fact that you don't have to grind for x amount of hours to get 1% of your level
the random lore
the pvp
the controls and how they arent point and click(unless you want them to be)
they update their game frequently
the GMs actually do their job
when you die you don't lose experience, you just damage your armor
