Runescape Holiday Events Getting Boring!
Take this Easter for instance, it took me one whole hour and all i get is a dumb emote and stupid cape and this Christmas a Snow Globe!
Okay Halloweens was quite cool but you have to work for it! I mean in 2001 this guy used to drop crackers and when you broke you got a party.... use for fun. Now you have to be a rich and popular person in runescape to even get one! Think about Zezima for instance he had inventorys of party hats for fun in the days. Now all of his party hats are like 10 bill!
Atleast they were worth a couple of mill. Now i bet the halloween hoods will worth like only about 600k in the future!
And the new Easter cape, so much people have at the suprisingly huge growth of the game that it would only be worth a couple of thousands in the future!!!!
Give us something more intresting! This is sooo boring!

I guess they're running out of good ideas. And btw i dont think the recent holiday items will ever become tradable in the future.

Jagex was unhappy about the value placed on their tradable holiday items in the past and that is why they will never be tradable again in the future. They do not want them to be valuable.. and that is why. Check out the holiday events on guild wars , and most other games they even give you candy cane weapons and gingerbread shields to kill each other with. They have snowball tournaments and holiday games. Guild wars actually has real tourneys with cash prizes and it is only $30 to play forever whereas runescape is $60 a year.. and Guild wars has much more to offer. It has excellent gameplay graphics and customer support... just something to consider. My friend won an ipod from a guild waras tourney and that was like the smallest prize they were giving out.
