Free mmo, no pay shop

AmaraoAmarao Member UncommonPosts: 650

At the time I can't afford a p2p mmo, but I need something to do.

I can't stand pay shops, in my opinion they ruin any chance of game balance.

Does anyone have some options, and please dont suggest Guild Wars, that game is only semi-free.

So you want a game that is completely free?  Do you mind in-game advertising?  Acclaim has a couple like that.

You could also try Shadowbane or Anarchy Online.  In general, there has to be some kind of profit for a game to be made... You could try Yahoo Games, I am not sure maybe Puzzle Pirates...

I suppose some folks can suggest some totally free games, but I wouldn't expect much in the terms of quality.

As boomer said, I think shadowbane is my best bet.
