Seems that UBIsoft don't want customers...
So I decided to download the game ( did that via Fileplanet ) no problems there. I then went to Shadowbane website and registered an account there but after that it got real complicated.
After I patched the game I used the manage account button which started my Firefox which apparently is not a supported browser.
I copy pasted the link to IE and well apparently the fields to insert name and password were missing so could not log in there.
The fields in the german and french did work but since I don't speak those languages I didn't bother to try to translate them. So I pressed the help button and came to a apparently blank FAQ page ( The text and the background are both white )
So I pressed the Ask a Question button, again I'm asked to log in for the "millonth" time but I get the following message " This ubi.com account is not permitted to access this area"
I entered the Shadowbane forums and I could read them and there were people with similar problems ( but ofc no answers how to solve them ) but when I tried to post on the forums I didn't have the rights to do so, so I pressed the Login button on the forums and .... the website informed you cannot proceed because forum not found.
The last thing the patcher informed me was Error could not open compressed file sb.exe.new and the startup screen crashes.
This is by far the worst registration process I ever run into.
