Is playing an ASSASIN class heavily potion dependent ?

I have noticed a huge disparity in how my well equipped INF hits vs Mid assasins...Yes they have 2 handed weapons but ...are potions a MAJOR part of playing assasin  classes ?

This is going to be determined by where you play, since I do not know what type of server you play on.

On normal servers, (i will stick to talking about what I know best because I do not play classic) You are usually buffed pretty heavy so the potions do not make a HUGE diff. but you will find that most assassins still use the potions for their classes as an added increase.

On classic, since you can't really have the benefit of a buffer, (not really sure how a stealther would accomplish keeping buffs on himself when they typically do not stay with a non stealther group and most of the time go far away from none stealthed players, usually soloing/duoing/sging).

It would be my natural assumption that potions play a huge part in stealthers on the classic servers. Without the benefit of even the normal base buffs of your realms buffer, potions would give your opponent an edge over you if you are not also using them.

So to answer you question, sometimes potions really do make a diff, and others they do not, just depends on where you are playing.
