Cleaning the General Discussion of excessive spam threads of rumors and polls.

There seems to be a big growth under "The Pub at MMORPG.com" of large amount of repeated threads that include spam about rumors and pools of "to be announced MMO's", as is a large number of thread about "This game will suck" or "Will the game fail" that are still in development, also there are a lot of threads being started that are just generally negative threads that have no propose other then trolling and/or spamming.

This site was meant to be a information on MMO's but it has been polluted by trolls and spammers for sometime now. It would be nice to see some more of a crack down on those types of threads being created in the future.
