Was just wondering does the platinum have all boxes or not was looking at starting this again and only have original box atm.

According to http://www.guildwars.com/products/platinum/ its "only" Guildwars Prophecies (the original) & the only expansion (Eye of the North). In your case this pack would be most likely meaningless since I think you can find EoTN cheaper when buying it separately.
("Factions" & "Nightfall" are the two chapters, they are standalone & IMHO have more content when compared to "Eye of The North").

if you already have prophecies, don;t get the platinum, you'll only be buying prophecies again
