lost bonus tickets

both me and my step son have been logging in for both of your contests this month. We logged in today,

i had 4 bonus tickets and he would have had 2 today . We logged in today and the counters were reset?

do u have a bug?

    I had 4 or 5 signed up first day it was up and signed in everday, and they are gone now also.

    Hello,

    We lost our login history table this morning in our database.  We are working on having this restored from a backup file and should have things back to normal before the contest drawing.
