Just to warn people, this game is pretty boring. Same asian grindfest for those who may be wondering what game play is like.

I agree. I tried it for an hour or so and really couldn't get into. Lots of awkward translations, interface issues, and really bad textures.

Its always been my motto to try a game myself, before i judge it. That being said, i played this game quite sometime ago. And it was the only f2p mmo with micro payments i would suggest to someone looking for a f2p game. Its combat system is very nice and appealing. This game is only for US and Canadians, and alot of the translations have been fixed. So if your looking for, imo, the best f2p game, this one is for you. Its only and 900 mb download i beleive. So if you have cable, it shouldnt take you long to download. Took me about 20 mins, if that, on a 5 meg line getting 600k/sec from the central US. Goodluck, and remember, give your own judgement. Dont let people choose it for you!

what does micro payments mean i never understood that

Paying for little extras. Some games offer things that can only be gotten by buying it with real money. Also could be extra content early or special looking items. Tons of little things that cost real money over being able to find it in the game.

I've grown very weary of MMO's in general lately except for GW and some LOTRO on the side, I especially grow tired of the free to play market.

That said, yes, this is a grindfest. But the quests are actually well translated in the previous closed beta. Leveling was at a good pace, and the combat system is freaking fun. It's not an immersion game, it's not an award winning plot. But it's definitely combat heavy and far from boring...you're going to actually need skill here and watch what you're doing. Play it like an over the top console-style action RPG, not the next big commercial MMO. It's a fun romp.

When I played Cabal during this beta is was a fun game. The quests were wonderful, the leveling pace was pretty good. The PvP was one of the greatest things in this.

Cabal was an awsome game when the beta first started. The max cap at the time was 50. But when the Beta ended, they banned all IP's outside of Europe, which sucked. So I will not play this game. Like others have said, it was a complete grindfest. So do whatever you want to do with this game.
