Alternatives to PayByCash? - Where to get Prepaid Cards?

PayByCash will not process the Interac Email Money Transfer I Issued 3 and a half weeks ago, they tell me it is a problem with system, but My bank and Interac(Is the Service that connects all Debt and ATM Machines in Canada) say there is no problem, I am more to believe my bank and Interac over the word of PayByCash as I have had repeated problems, using there service, one being accounts that get actived for a short period of time and then get disable for up to over a day after the payment was made this has happen with more then one Game from different companies and they all tell me that it is PayByCash that disables them, but PayByCash Denies that this ever happens.



So I am trying to find a prepaid card I can use for paying MMO subscriptions, I am trying to find one I can purchase Locally London Ontario, The only one I could find was a prepaid mastercard from Money Mart and they wanted $22 for the card and $7 a month fee to have the card + Load Fees, this is a little much to spend on a $15 a month game.  I have seen the Visa Gift Cards that are $2.00 and don't charge a monthly fee for for 6 month and are no reloadable they seem to be the best cost value but every I can find that has them has no location in London (Must seem to be Located in BC).

Any Information would be helpfull.
