I have been looking up some quests on Allakhazam and I have seen that they give coordinates to the locations of quests. Can someone tell me how to use these coordinates? Also is their any mods out yet that will help track quests or help with quests coordinates?

Type ;loc in your chat window that will give you your current coordinates.   It's best to use the command in a tell to yourself or the /'say channel otherwise you receive a bit of ribbing for broadcasting you location to the world.

No mods that I am aware of.

There are two loc commands in LoTRo.  /loc (which isn't really helpful for us as players) and then ;loc.

Any spoiler site you visit about quests is going to give you the locations using the ;loc --- not the /loc command.  As was mentioned if you use a tell to yourself with the ;loc command then it doesn't pollute the global channel.  Or at least use the say channel as it's a limited range.
