hi All

I am an old Ao player (atm playing a little on a fr00B account)

 

I have always love the music of AO and I stumbled over this page:

were you can download some of the best music in any PC game ever! I downloaded it and I damnwell almost got tears in my eyes remembering all the hours I spent In the that damn game! :D 

 

The music is nothing short of brilliant imo.

    Good stuff though it appears Soundpeaks is now defunct (where you could get better quality versions of some of the material)

    Thanks for posting the link.  I had been morning the loss of soundpeaks and now have something to replace it.  Even though I don't listen to the AO music in-game most of the time, it still brings back memories of when I started playing AO.  I was on dial-up, so no Gridstream Productions for me.  In which case it was in-game music for my sonic enjoyment.

    The music in AO was nothing short of magical.

     

    What a classic; I need to burn an AO music album, listen to it in my car; that would trip me out so much hearing it in a completely different environment.
