Corrupt patch?

I just reinstalled TR last night (beta tested TR before) after returning home from my vacation and the launcher seemed to download the first 2 patches but the 1.2.2.0 > 1.3.2.1 seems to be corrupt both from the launcher and from the .exe download I found on the unofficial forums. Also when I open the properties on TR in the launcher it shows TR is 0.20.1.0 and server is 1.3.2.1, and the game is installed on my F: drive instead of C: drive if that makes any difference.
Am I the only one having this problem or is there a way around this?
