supposedly it was geared toward female gamers. i dont know. but i liked it a good bit for awhile, beastmaster class was quite fun, and there are hundreds of quests/story there, and cool pets with trainable skills.

ive played many games that were much worse.

The battle system is interesting... its like old school console rpgs, where teh screen gets all fuzzy and everyones lined up on opposite sides.

To my knowledge and memory, alot of today's rpgs are still like that.

What I said is don't call those "old school" rpgs. Tons of rpgs are like that.
