    Advantages and disadvantages imo.

    Advantages:

Skill based, lots of skills to train

Not restricted to anything, can do whatever you want whenever you want

    Browser-based

Decent PvP zones (excluding the fighting animations)

Free (and member for only £3.20/$5.00 a month)

Usually i can think of more but my heads hurting.

    Non-grinding quests

    Disadvantages:

Bad community on free servers (including beggars, people trying to scam you, etc)

    Average graphics

    lots and lots of macroers

    Simple animations

    Some skills require grinding

Once again usually i can think of more...

    ?

as for the transportation system.. I could care less about horses... but you forgot a few things.. Transportation system also includes, fairy rings, eagles, ships, hot air balloons,  teleportation jewelry, other teleportation devices such as harps to relleka, crystals to leyta, and other objects used for teleportation. All of which are faster than horses. I will take teleporting any day over riding a horse lol.  So that would not be a disadvantage  to all players, only those that are " hung up" on horses.. I mean why a horse instead of a ferrari? lol

RuneScape has real-time combat, not turn-based, you dolt.

However, I agree that it's quite dull.

The notion that graphics, or anything else for that matter, are anywhere near as important as gameplay/fun is so utterly ridiculous that anyone who shares such a view should be placed in an asylum.
