arms is better in my opinion for leveling only because with fury u will miss a lot, u need +hit rating gear
just do quests, best way to level
an update on solo questing since Patch 2.3
as an alliance hunter, hit level 40 with 2 days 8 hours /played
Exalted with SW and Revered with all other City factions
- did no cloth turnins
