What is there to do?

Just a simple question, what is there to do after hitting lvl 50? I know there is PvP but is there stil PvE content?

It depends on the server. If you are playing "Classic" servers, you have:
1. 10 Champion levels
2. Champion quests
3. Dragon Raids
4. Darkspire Raid
5. Campaigns content - there are supposed to be 2 story driven free content expansions a year that update zones and offer new quests and items. So far there has only been one and no word about the second one:(
Regular servers:
1. All of the above.
2. 10 Master Levels each with 10 steps. So think of it as 100 solo/group quests since there is only one that requires a Raid. Although there are many steps that can be done as a raid, but you only need 8 people or less due to the difficultly being toned down. There are also RvR ways to complete ToA content.
3. Huge level 40-50 PvE zones
4. Artifact quests
