Stubborn Apostrophes

I'll admit it's a minor bug, but a bug none the less.
In my quote as you can see to the left, "I'm" and "it's" have quotation marks in the center of them instead of apostrophes. And for some odd inexplicable reason, every time I go into my profile and correct it, after saving it and going to check it in my profile overview it has always reverted back to quotations. I haven't yet found any other input field where this happens.
