Chat Room help

What do i need to download in order to make the chat room work?  All i get atm is a big X in the top left hand corner.  Any help is good. image

    It is a java program. if you do not have a java engine on your machine then it will not run. Go to www.sun.com and download java...

    Cool thanks so much. Downloaded it just now just got to restart the computer and see if all works out.
