character models are superb and good looking but...... all i see is female all clothed up..... long pants.... no skirt no thongs no nothing. everything is covered up.... even the top is covered.
i want it like lineage 2.... super revealing!

You might want to try real women rather than pixelated character models but hey whatever works for you.
Nah, I like it this way, it doesn't have to be more revealing. The clothing style in this game looks unique, and they should keep it that way.
Whatever I don't mind either way. Aion is trying to appeal to western gamers and we westerners just love our toons toned down, just look at EQ2, their revealing armor never made it to release.

Frankly, I prefer fully-clothed female characters. It's less sexist and considerably more logical. I mean, come on, I think it would hurt pretty damn bad to be hit with a sword wearing nothing but lingerie for armour...
I don't know I'm woman and I enjoy playing busty babes in thong armor... But I also like the more demure look, they are both enjoyable and I think as long as the characters match the game they are in, it's all good.
That said, Aion is a bit different then Lineage 2, and it's character models reflect that. What was I trying to say?

some of the armors in the vid on this page would prolly fit your likes, of course there are lots of the ones you don't too. Gotta love variety though.

I personaly find the outfits in Aion to be very stylish, on both the male and female characters, which shows the great effort by the artists. Just my opinion.
As for the lack of more strongly sexual imagery, I doubt it's because of misgivings about the impact on popularity that would have -NC soft doesn't seem to compromise in that area- it's just that it's not a focus in this game as it is in so many others.
yeah yeah...oh well..some people are too sensitive to terms concerning our sexuality I guess. I'll go back and edit the naughty stuff out...

To the OP, man that's just strange.
Anyway, the armor is awesome as it is, we already have enough MMORPG's where the female characters battle giants in plate mail bikinis, appealing to the degenerate crowed (and 90% of all teenage males) it may be, but original it is not.
PS. Chicks look hotter in full plate, Peace!
