I am ashamed of my native England

I have just forced myself to sit through an entire episode of Bo Selecta, Season 3, in an attempt to be open minded. For those of you in America who have not seen any of this fine British comedy show, try and download some off the net.

It was the most godawful, unfunny, ramshackle, ugly meaningless trash I have ever watched.

If as Americans one of my fellow countrymen should be mouthing to you about how much better British comedy is than American comedy, just point out that your nation hasn't encouraged the production of three whole series of this festering garbage.

Actually you guys are responsible for "Everyone Loves Raymond", so I guess we're even. But only just.

    Yeah, but you guys gave us Eddie Izzard and do I ever love ya for it. Easily my all time favorite comedien. :)

    And Reverend Dan just said "Oooooohh, this show is terrible, watch it!".

    We humans are pretty dumb about this sort of thing...

    Classic psychology. Having suffered I now wish to inflict my pain upon others in a selfish attempt to make myself feel better.

    But yeah, our boy Eddie is good. Awful in films tho - ever watch Mystery Men?

    I still haven't forgiven England for allowing people like Madonna and Hugh Grant to come to the US.  Plus you guys let the freaking Spice Girls out.  How dare you!  You did, however, give us Monty Python's and I thank you for that!  John Gleese is one funny sob.

    Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail is my all time fav!

    Tis only a flesh wound!

    Oh, and for all of you other Monty Python fans, The Life of Brian is being rereleased in theatres here in the US!
