Interesting that something that the religious right would most likely be accused of trying to do in the United States ACTUALLY IS DONE by an atheistic communist government in another country.

    China is not a communist country just like the U.S.S.R. was not a communist country. They are/were totalitarian dictatorships.

    If they don't advertise sex, then people won't have it.  What a load of crap!  Although something does need to be done about the population, yet India is closing up fast...
