Question: "Bring a Friend" Changes - Free Month and PayByCash

Question anyone know how this is handled for former customers that used PayByCash in the past I been wanting to check out DAoC again for sometime now(Have up to catacombs on my account), but I am not willing to commit to 3 months with PayByCash which it sounds like I would have to do to get the free month credit from the changes with "Bring a Friend" Bonus Program anyone have any information on this subject??
