I'm looking for a game with decent graphics, that is either buy to play, free to player
-or- free download, free to play. I want a MMO that is team based and has a good community. I know, I know, my request is just about impossible... But I have hope, am I not allowed to have that

A lot of games, you get the idea. I like the fantasy genre, and a game that really had me was Last Chaos. I played that game a lot

How about you wait till next year for some decent p2p games such as WAR/AOC?
Or play WoW. The best out there right now.

meh, maybe you can't read but the OP is looking for a game without a monthly charge so WoW and other upcoming p2p titles don't help him/her much.
f2p games can be alot of fun but none are of equal quality of the p2p games. You like tradional fantasy like myself so AO is out of the question although it is one of the best f2p games of all times. Archlord is already on your list, one of the better f2p games believe it or not. I don't know if you've tried Rappelz but its f2p and worth a try. I really liked Rappelz but shortly after OB the servers were overcrowed and lag was unbearable, not sure if those problems exist today. Theres a german version of Herrcot you may want to check out, Sword of a new world [ Terrible imo].. f2p are all very similiar... extreme grinds w/out cash shop purchases and terrible service. Alot of lag and bots...Maybe give Turf Battles a shot also, that game was pretty fun
Rappelz is pretty good, can pk people, etc....download the epic4 client and give it a test drive.

Space Cowboys. It's not fantasy, but if that isn't a problem, this is your game. It's faction based, meaning that at level 10 you choose a faction which can't be changed latter. You are then thrown away from the noobie zone and into the real zone where if you can fly long far enough, you'll eventually find the enemy faction, which you can kill which gives several rewards(rank, experience, money and so on).
It's a really funny game when you find a brigade, you go like 20-30 people into the enemy zone. You can really cause some havok.
have you tried perfect world or anarchy online ? both free and both good.
