Get rid of endurence on items.
Make it so people don't drop everything in their inventory when they die.
Make it so people can only kill people 10- levels under them and 10- levels over them.
Get rid of the Evil Bastages cities on Mourning since they are the original dupers.

Dont agree with any or your idees, to me it is what the game is about, not some nice little haven.
