Ok everyone, this is not a survey or nothing like that, it's more like a vote for your favorite MMOG. Im looking for a new game to play, and i know everyone is going to say ' this has been posted loads of times' but thats not why Im posting this. Just tell me which ONE game (doesn't have to be f2p) is your favorite game and why it is the best game in the world. This is not only to help me chose a game, but also to ease my curiosity. Ive played WoW before and i enjoyed it alot and Id have to say thats its my favorite game so far, and Im just wondering if you guys know of any better/cooler games.
P.S. I know that everyone likes different types of games, but thats beside the point. This is basically a popularity contest, doesnt matter that everyone has different tastes.

Look at the "Top released" Rankings, there you can see, what different people like best
Stick to the WoW
Actually Lineage 2 is also good
There is no best really its a matter of taste, personally I would pick EVE but that is very much an aquired taste and there is no such thing as instant gratification.
I would ask myself what I want in a game and what game can offer what I want.
If you want to live in a player run world where the only rules are eaten or be eaten and your actions affect the Entire Universe (yes the whole game is on 1 shard only) and you dont mind hard death penalties (ALL the stuff u had on you when u died is GONE - unless some kind freind picks it up before it gets stolen) then EVE is for you. If not, well then look at the other suggestions in this thread.
Sounds exactly like Tibia.

My favourite MMORPG of all time is Everquest, but it went to shit after Luclin expansion. At the moment, the best MMORPG on the market for me is Everquest 2, probably followed by EVE Online, though I'm eager to give Pirates of the Burning Sea a whirl.
It's a matter of taste, however. Whatever suits you, suits you. Until a complex, oldschool PvE MMO, or a true fantasy PvP sandbox comes out, I'll stick to Everquest 2.
