Question about Raids in DDO

How long does the longest Raid take to complete in this game?

I have done the Velah raid and it took no more than a couple of hours. It will depend on the group however as I am sure you can appreciate. I don't think any of DDO's raids take more than 3 hours.

Never got to do Demon Queen or StormReaver, but leaving those 2 out, I'd have to say Titan.  The walk to the quest entrance, the Pre-Raid quest (can take forever, especially the part with the levers and timing the invisible platforms) and defeating the Titan himself is the hardest/longest quest I've ever done and to be real honest, xp is the only reason to do it cause the raid loot isn't that beneficial for most.

Two parties, so 12 total.

Just the way I like it. Not a whole lot of competion for loot with a mass amount of people for only a few items.

Also I think with two parties everyone plays an important roll. Least on the VON dragon raid you do.

i did von 1-6 = velah + pre quest in = 2 hours from start to finish

Did Marilith = demon queen the quest and pre quest in aprox 3 hours but wizard king we had to go to last room so that took a bit time...

The titan i did the raid and pre quest in 1 hour but we used beholder cookies so dont know if that counts

and i did stormreaver which took 15 min

 

but i was playing ddo allot and only teamed with good known people who played the same time amount as me or more but with a pug u can x3 or x4 to the times

ok here is the breakdown now I am going to give numbers on full parties now most guilds don’t do full parties but here you go.

 

dragon raid von 1 and 2 are fast no more than and hour for both if you know what your doing von 3 is the longest it could take an hour if you don’t know what your doing but most do it in about 45 min.  von 4 is also fast about 30 min.  von 5 takes about 30 to 40 min with a full party faster if you brake up into two groups.  Von 6 can only last 30 min but most do it in about 15.

 

The titan you can do the three pre quests in just about an hour and a half.  The preraid is about 40 min to an hour.  Then the titan is about 30 to 40 min

 

The demon queen.  The first three quests are really fast you almost have to keep running through them.  Wiz king is about 30 to 40 min, then offering of blood can be less than 30 min with a good group.  Then off to the third one is about 40 min.  the preraid is easy most people have used it as a loot run for level 12 chests.  If you have a good party plan on about 30 to 40 min for this one.  Next is the queen herself she is really easy with a full party unless she buggs out on you.  Plan on about 20 to 30 min in here with her.

 

The rever raid is the new one and the easiest.  Unlike the others you only need to complete the preraid quests once.  So you do pop, madstone, and crucible in about 30 min each they are fast and easy.  Then the preraid can take some time.  Usually an hour but can be longer depending on how you do on the dragons.  Once you get past that the raid itself is very easy.  About 30 min and your out.  Then you can rerun the raid every two days.  Its much easier to farm that raid than the others kuz you just go right to the raid without any preraid stuff.  The only down side is that most of the loot you want is on the titan and the queen.  The rever raids only real good loot is the +3 tomes if the happen to drop. 

 

There is another dungeon that is a raid dungeon but not really the same as the others.  Its called tempest spine and its really just a dungeon that lets you run it with 12 people.  No real special loot or anything in here but it is a very cool dungeon to run.
