Why not to pay for R.O.S.E Evo Noth America

I have been playing for more than a year and half now. Not once have I been in trouble with the admins of ROSE. Throughout my game play I have seen racial comments to other and myself, lots of people hacking and cheating. Also have known of many people to have reported this kind of stuff to the GM's and yet the GM's have done nothing despite those reporting these offensive thing with screen shots and nothing was ever done.

Now one day after taking a break from playing I go to log into my account and then BAM and message comes across say your account has been suspended and please inquire through the 1 on 1 system. So I did and the response I got was someone had posted some pornographic pictures on their forums under my account.  So after questioning them about it they claim that my ip address was used to post these pictures on the forums. Now I don’t know about anyone else but being a customer wouldn’t you like to see proof on these types of accusations? So I proceeded to ask for proof and yet they could not prove anything and just kept saying they can’t give out that kind of information. So after a whole week of arguing it wasn’t post by my computer they then come back claiming it was my forum account that posted it. I told them it was impossible that it could have been. Gave them my forum account name and info and they continued to claim it was posted under my forum account. So I went to their forum community moderators and asked for a screen shot of this so called pornographic post that was under my forum account. As I told them it wasn’t my account that posted this. Clearly in the screen shot was not my forum name. The only thing they had was an ip address in which I told them someone must have gained access to my ip address and posted it. After I proved to them it wasn’t me they sent back a response saying that they would not unban my account.  Obviously their GM team have no clue on what they are doing and are incapable of running this game. So for a year and 8 months of paying 12.99 and never have been in trouble before they still are not unbanning me despite the evidence they asked for. This just shows how much incompetence their GM's are.

So beware don’t bother with this game it’s a waste of money and the community is getting smaller by the day. They have no developers anymore and their other servers around the world are shutting down. So don’t waste your money on this game.

I really don't understand why anyone would still pay for this game. the korean version has been shut down and the developers have been taken off the project..why play a game that has no future in it whatsoever?

But this is gravity. Gravity never had a really good support team imo.

Why pay for NaRose eh? well, they have a new dev team, and since then we've had one major patch, another one soon, i think next week, so dont say they dont work on NaRose anymore.

also, quite some players have come back since the last patch.

Well, that's very bad.  Perhaps they should appoint a new head.  Appoint any new head that has not been involved your incident or similiar, and then have them review cases where complaints that have been revolved around unfair bannings.  Unfair bannings like, being accused of doing something they didn't do.  And besides, they really should check account-by-account for what they have been accused of, and not ip-to-account.  And if the IP does really pose an issue from (really) that player, then put an ip ban, as well as the involved account(s), altogether.  But prior to an ip ban, is there a way to make sure that the IPs involved is or is not an internet cafe, or public libraries/schools/universities?  There probably might be, I do not know.



But anyways, I do feel sorry for what has happened to you.  I have not played for two years since NaRose became p2p, nor eRose since it became p2p and then shut down shortly thereafter, nor iRose ever since it shut down and split into naRose and eRose, even when iRose was doing so well.
