Hi, I was just wondering what server has many good end game raiding guilds. And what melee dps class is most wanted in groups?

I believe AB has a lot of new players starting all the time, so i suggest going on that server before worrying about a raiding guild. Also, the server is apparently always highly populated, so I'm guessing there will be a lot of raiding guilds too. Don't hold me too it though buddy, this info is just what I've gathered from other players posts (i don't play eq2 anymore).

As for class... i cant help you there mate, sorry.

I don't raid. I also don't group much. Try going to the EQ2 forums and asking.

AB is the busiest server for newer players.  Crushbone has almost as many players but most are higher level and it probably has fewer top end raid guilds. Nagafen is also heavily populated, but it’s a PvP server.

 

Brigand is the current king for raid DPS (melee or caster) thanks to their excellent personal DPS and crazy good debuffs. Necro’s and a few others do more personal damage but don’t come close to the impact on raidwide DPS that a Brigand does. One of their key debuffs is a level 52 ancient teachings CA that may not get replaced so it’s possible Brigands will be brought back to the pack in the next expansion.
