Can you transfer money from char to char ?

I have old character i don't play anymore that i would like to delete.  How can i transfer money and items to a new character ?

I just re-started playing after over a year off and i dont remember much.

    Use the bank deposit and then whiterdraw it on your new chart

    But first you have to pay 50g to be abel to use the bank on a new char.

    Unless you mean from one account to another, then you need to trade
