    As far as Im aware the billing is being done by SOE who do accept Visa Electron, as I paid my vanguard account with it.

    Whats Visa Electron???  If its a Visa Card, most MMO's will take it.

    It's a debit card.

    They used to be fairly useless for buying things online a few years ago, I guess most places have caught up by now.
