how is the PvP atm?

im thinking on play uo again, after alot of mmorpgs, eq,eq2,ps,mxo,swg,eve,auto assault and etc i just miss the feel of UO pvp system
how is the pvp system atm? can i kill everyone? 40 hours per kill? (i miss the old 8 hours per kill) , can i loot everything from the people tha ti kill? is it like the old times or its nerfed?
can i steal houses and boats also?
plz let me know, if it still active i will give uo another try

For your game style try Siege, as on the other shards people can insure their items and you cannot loot them.
And EA may work a bit on PvP as they asked for some input from PvPers, but may take months to years for a result.
