About Anarchy Online Play 4 Free or Billing/

I mean... I couldn't understand what AD said on MMORPG.com. When I look at the ADs and it said Play for Free. So I clink game list and then anarchy online overview. I see 14.99!

 

 

I don't understand... it not free or is it free cuz of mistak?
