Kingdom Reborn: Open Beta starting 5/31

If you have an active UO account, starting Thursday 5/31 you can download the new KR client from Fileplanet (bleh) and join the beta test!



I've been in closed beta for a while now and they've made some really nice improvements and progress is going well. Keep an eye out for new patches that should add new features and hopefully fix lots of bugs.

I cannot see it on Fileplanet anywhere.  Or is it a link from the patcher?

Same....i've even tried creating a UO: Gold trial account and applying it there and still get the error.



If anyone hears anything back from EA please tell us!

Well if you need an existing account Fileplanet needs to reword the trial page. Its says you can try the beta even without being a UO subscriber.

Yes, you need an existing UO account in good standing and the subscription needs to be active.

It worked no problem for me with my original September '99 account.  I will also mention that the game looks ALOT better already.

So you can't register for the trial and use the KR client?  If they want new subs, they need to change this ASAP.

All the new graphics ect are great, BUT...



Is there a pre-trammel server where FFA is in?



If not then graphics wont take me back to it.

there is no pre-trammel server.

The nearest server to that is either Seige or Mugen both are sahrds with no trammel facets, but they have all the lands from every expansion.  Limited to one character on the shards.

The Registration Key wont accept once entered.



Any insight?
