Battle System?

in Lord of the Rings Online

Hi does anyone know how the battle system works at this point? Is it point and click, or can you control the action? Also what special abbilitys will the different races have? Wouldn't it be uneven if the elves were as powerful as they are in the movies/books? Why would someone want to be a hobbit or human if they could be an elf instead? Thank you.

    i hope u can control the action i hate point to point games makes it boring and rtb are better::::08::::::29::
